STANDARD TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Turbines, Inc. conducts business on a global
basis and applies the following terms and conditions as they may apply.
In the event customers have special needs or
requirements not covered hereunder, please contact Karen Gilliam, General
Manager at 1-800-809-1387 for immediate assistance.
We gratefully appreciate the commerce with our
customers reward us and will strive to earn their continued interest in our
products and services:
Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale USA
and CANADA
- All sales to clients having previously
established commercial trade terms of credit with Turbines, Inc., and having
an account in good standing, shall be sold subject to terms of 30 days net
from date of merchandise shipment.
- Sales to accounts not having terms with
Turbines, Inc. may be transacted by means of MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Money Order, Letter of Credit, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft
or Check.
- Any accounts failing to submit payment by 60
days from date of invoice shall, at the discretion of Turbines, Inc. be
subject to an additional charge on the unpaid balance of account of 1-1/2%
per month.
- Any accounts failing to submit payment within
90 days of invoice date shall be immediately suspended, and collection
activities shall be instituted.
- All customers, by their accepting merchandise
on account, shall agree to pay any and all costs associated with the
collection of their past due accounts, including but not limited to
collection costs, attorney's fees, interest and expenses, as allowable under
applicable law.
- Sales terms are granted solely at the
discretion of the credit department of Turbines, Inc. Terms may be
revoked, suspended, modified, or additional collateral and/or guarantees may
be required, at any time and without any liability on the part of Turbines,
Inc. Generally, reasons for changes include but are not limited to
chronic failure to make timely payments, a material and adverse change
in the customer's financial position, or credit needs exceeding the limit
granted by the credit department at Turbines, Inc.
- Warranty and/or service work shall not be
honored on accounts that are not current.
Standard Terms and Conditions of
International Sale South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, etc.
- All sales to clients not in North America
shall be conducted subject to letter of credit covering the full value of
sale being executed in favor of Turbines, Inc. along with other requirements
negotiated at time of sale.
- International sales to accounts not having terms with
Turbines, Inc. may be transacted by means of MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Money Order, Letter of Credit, Wire Transfer, or Bank Draft
provided prior to shipment of merchandise.
- Warranty and/or service work shall not be
honored on accounts that are not current.
